After sitting long past the usual hour of adjournment, the Senate, on Wednesday evening ratified a resolution authorising the United States adherence to the World Court. . Before the final roll call was reached, the. old League of Nations controversy, the late President Woodrow Wilson's policy, and many ether issues were argued put again.
