ARBITRATION COURT.
SHOP ASSISTANTS' AWARD. The Arbitration Court has issued the Canterbury Industrial District Retail Shop Assistants' Award, which will come into force on January Ist, 1925, and continue in fo.ee till December 31st, 1027, and o;erato throughout the Canterbury indue trial district.
The award embodies, with minor alterations agreed on by the parties, the recommendations of the Conciliation Council.
