CAPTAIN WEST. (PfIBSS ASSOCIATION TM.IOBAM.) WELLINGTON, November 23 Captain Archibald West, Marine Superintendent for the Commonwealth and! Dominion Line, collapsed while walking along Oriental Bay Parade, with his wife, last evening, and died almost immediately. He was 45 years of ago, ana had no family.
