GERMAN ROYALIST ARRESTED. (BY CABLE—PBE3IJ ASSOCIATION—<'OPI*IOHT.) iSrexET "Sex" Service.) BERLIN, October G. Baron vou Senden, departing on his honeymoon, was-' arrested and charged witli six others, with being concerned in a political murder in 1923, when the body of a young man named Pannier was found in a wood at Spandau. Pannier is believed to have been the victim of a Royalist vendetta. Tho fact that members of the "Black Army" were sworn i<» .secrecy made the investigations protracted.
