A BANKRUPT'S AFFAIRS.
(PEBSB -tSSOCUTIOH TELKHUIf.) AUCKLAND, October 7. At a meeting of the creditors of William John Wall, indent .agent, it was stated that the liabilities totalled £2633, and that the assets were worth 265. The Assignee said that Wall had put up a shockingly bad record. He had failed to keep an appointment, and had disappeared. It was resolved to place the matter in the hands of the Crown Solicitor with a view to prosecution.
