Tho agreement provides for four generating stations, with an Aggregate of 90,000-h.p. and a distribution of 288,000,000 kilowatt hours annually to all parts of tho Free State. Tho preliminary portion of the scheme involves an expenditure of £2,600,000, tho total cost being £5,200.000, for which the wholo of the Free State will be supplied with electric lighting and power.]
