Falkiner, Fred Lindrum created a world's record (or an opening session, making a break o£ 1452 unfinished, of which 1160 -was off the red. His previous record was 1417. [The record break under B.C.C. rules is held by George Gray, who made 2196 (1620 off the red) in a match against C. Harveson at Holborn Hall, London, in 191.1.]
