For Cook Island (including Karotonga, Ailutaki, Mauko, Atiu, Manahiki, Mangaia, ( and Penrhyn), also Tahiti, per Tahiti, clos- ■-, ing at Wellington September 15th at 2 p.m., at 5.15 p.m.; late fee letters, 5.45 p.m.; guard's van, 6.50 p.m. train. Mail due London about October 13th. For Kaikoura, per Cygnet, at 3.15 p.m., late fee letters 3.30 p.m.; guard's: van .4.5 p.m. train. Outgoing Overseas Mails. Mails which left Wellington on July 21st pxrivod in London on August 18th. Mails which left Auckland on August 4th via Vancouver arrived London September' 4th. Incoming Overseas Mails. R.M.S. Niagara left ■ Vancouver for Auckland on August 26th. Letter portion due in Christchurch on September 16th. Tahiti left Sydney for Wellington on the 10th inst. She carries 183 bags mail and 39 parcel receptacles for Christchurch, including 158 b3gs from beyond. Mail due Christchurch on Tuesday, 15th. inst. H..P. DONALD, Chief Postmaster.
