EMBEZZLEMENT.
(press association telegram.) GISBORNE, August 14. John Andrew Arkle, aged 25, employed in the Magistrate's Court office, was charged with the theft of £39 lis 4d, the property of the Government. He pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence.
