EXTENSIVE DAMAGE;
(press association telegkam.) TE Alt OH A, August 13. A gale of almost hurricane force, accompanied bj r torrential rain, last niftht partly unroofed the house occupied by Mr Devey and family, in Rewi street. It blew down verandahs, fences, trees and haystacks, and partly interrupted the electric lighting 111 the township.
