MOSCOW, July 8The Note from Germany requests the postponement of the execution oj the German students, Kindennann, Volacht and Ditmar, until a report of tho trial reaches Berlin. [Tho Berlin correspondent of tho "Daily Chronicle" stated on July 4th that the death sentences passed oa three German students at Moscow have caused a sensation, all tho newspapers lengthily denouncing the "judicial murder. 1 ' It appears clear that, the Moscow judgment was duo to satisfying political purposes with a view to exciting pressure on Berlin inftww of tho Wsian, Syoblewski, recently sentenced there for complicity in Communist plots, money and «eapoos far which were furnished *h™«l* **} while ho was employed at thoTtussian Legation. A message from Berlin on July 4th stated that tho German.Government had instructed dor at Moscow to protest strongly against the judgment on the three German students and demand the withdrawal of tho death scntence.J
