NEW YORK, May 31.
Unique tests of the new method of transmitting photographs by wire were made in Chicago, New York, and Atlantic City simultaneously and successfully.
The action of a. man's heart was photographed in Ndw York and the picture immediately transmitted by wire 1000 miles to Chicago. Thence a diagnosis, made by a heart expert, was promptly broadcast by a physician to tho Atlantifi City Hall, where' members of the American Medical Association were gathered. Fifteen hundred doctors compared the broadcast diagnosis with the copy thrown on the "screen of the electro* stethogram, or chart, of the heart-beat, and the cardiogram of the heart action taken in New York two hours earlier.
The Convention agreed that the test opened up amazing possibilities.
