CATTLE AT LARGE.
50 IKS BDITOB or "TH» PUSS." Sir,—Will you kindly spar©, a little space to ventilate a grievance which the residents of Governor's Bay have against drovers for leaving mobs of cat-tle—oft-times 100 strong—roaming about These roads on Tuesdays and Thursdays, especially these days, with no one in charge. .These rough cattle constitute a; serious menace to both motorists and pedestrians using the roads, and will end in casualties, unless stopped. I see residents of Barrington street are voicing complaints of a similar nature, namely the turning of public roads by drovers into free accommodation paddocks.—Yours, etc., SUFFERER.
