Judgment was also delivered for tho defendants in the caeo in which Witson, Mofflin, Crompton and Sons and others claimed £200,000 from the »m»> defendants with the exception of Sir John Higgins. Plaintiffs were chaining the right to participate m the profits arising out of the charge of fiveeighths pence per lb on sfcocpskifl* handled by the central wool committer during the term of tho Imperial wool purchase scheme.
