The "Daily Express" understands that thfe important oil eOncSfcsiflns .granted by the Albanian Government to the Anglo-Persian Company, htttf* been the subject of a, format pfot&t 16 Albania frtmt the United States/ France, and Italy. The original agreement, sighed in 1922, gave the company definitely the exclusive rights over Albanian oilfieldß, but the protests of other Powers resulted in ihfc voluntary omission of certain atfeas by ttte Company.
The modified agreement com&s up for ratification shortly.
