LONDON, February 12.

In the House of Commons Sir V. Bowater (Conservative, City of London) drew attention to tine advertisement of a Russian company advertising Russian raw materials, which was appearing in Government publications, and asked in view of the injury to the Dominions and Colonies whether the advertisement should be withdrawn.

Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, president of the Board of Trade, replied that he did not propose to enter new contracts for an .advertisement of this undertaking.
