BUSH FIRE.
MAN BURNT TO PEATH.

PERTH, February 13. A bush fire, advancing on a front of 20 miles, caused considerable damage in the south-west. George Dennis, overtaken by the flames, was found burned to death on hie farm at Katanning. There were many narrow escapes. The lire was one of the worst in the history of the district. Farms on the tracks of the flames were burned out, and buildings, and many miles of fencing were.destroyed. Many sheep and cattle were also burned. The fire is now burning, six to eight miles wide, along the west side of the railway line.
