HOUSING IN BRITAIN.
THE USE OF CONCRETE. (II CABLS—JRMS ASSOCIATION—COrTMOBT.) (AtTSTHALIAW AND H.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, January 20. The committee investigating new methods of house construction in its interim report recommends concrete dwellings as an alternative to brick.
The report specially favours those constructed by pouring concrete into moulds, as this system promises more houses and more permanent structures than any other investigated.
