An official medal for Holy Year has been approved by Pop© Pius from designs of the sculptor Boninrcgni. The medals aro now being struck in Milan, * and will bo distributed to every pilgrim to the Holy City during the ytar. The medal carries a good likeness of Pope Pius in his Pontifical robes, and is designed in a half-langth portrait. It is notable that all the likenesses of hj« I Holiness show him in rimmed specif Jacks.
