Sir, —In view of the announcement the Goodwin Sands, there must be some Goodwin Sands, there most be some error in the cables, as the Goodwin Sands comprise a dangerous sandbank running ten miles parallel to the coast, and separated by five miles from mainland and surrounded by at least four or five lightships. No doubt, football could be played on the Deal Sands, which resemble those of New Brighton and Sumner at low tide. —Tours, etc., ONE WHO KNOWS.
