A DRUNKEN MOTORIST.
THREE YEARS' PROBATION. (FBJCB6 ASSOCUTIOIT ttUUKUM.) WANGANUT, December 22. At the Magistrate's Cofltfc to-day a local farmer named Wyvern George Moore was charged with being drunk when driving n motor-car. The case was ft sequel to a collision which took place between defendant's car and a tram-ear in tne avenue on Thursday night. The magistrate convicted defendant, placed him on probation for J h , rM years, and prohibited him from driving a car during that period.
