The King and the Prince of Wales will be patrons. The Board consists of Lord Stevenson (chairman), tho Duke of Devonshire, Mr J. H. Thomas, MP., Sir A. H. McMahon, Sir James Allen (representing the High Commissioners of the Dominion) and Sir Charles McLcod. The Chief Administrator will bo Sir Travers Clarke and the Financial Controller Sir James Cooper.
