Si«rwright against the directors of the Wellington Bowlinsr Club was again called before Mr Justice Hoekingß at the Supreme Court this morning. Mr A. W. Blair repreeented tho plaintiff, and Mr S. A. Wiren the olUb. Mr Blair said a friendly arrangement had been oome to between the parties. His Honour made a dirootioa, on the suggestion of counsel, &3 follows:— 1 'Th-ft directors of tho defendant club undertaking that, without prejudice to their right to claim that plaintiff is not a member, they will, until decision by the Supreme Court, adopt the attitude that the question of lii 3 membership is sub-judice, the trial of the action is adjourned . until the February sittings of the Court."
