i; BODY STILL MISSING. . The body of one of the men drowned at. North Brighton' on Wednesday had not been. recovered last night, but the identity of the. missing man' has been definitely, established as Alexander "Wilfred Anderson, a conductor employed ;by the Christchurch Tramway Board, who resided at 700 Gloucester street. Anderson was'just ..completing nine days' annual leave. • The; Other victim,' Clarence Ernest Schofield, resided with his mother-at S3' Avon street, Parnell, Auckland. His ;brother is. a solicitor in that city. He was employed by A. H. Nathan and Co., Ltd.-,-as a traveller. kAn inquest on the body of Schofield tras opened by the District Coroner, Mr ,H. T. Widdowson, yesterday afternoon.
