MOB RULE IN ALLAHABAD. (ll CABLE—PMSS ASSOCIATION—COPTRIOHT) (Sttotey "Strw" Sib vice.) „ DELHI, October 10. Mob law prevails in Allahabad in consequence' of Hindu-Moslem riots. The military have been called out, and all business, even in the European quarter, has been suspended. This further development of communal strife, in spite of Gandhi's fast, is causing grave apprehension that the whple country will become involved.
