QUESTION OF BACKLOADING. RESOLUTION OF GREY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. {special to "the FUSS.") GREYMOfTH, October 11. The Grey Chamber of Commerce discussed a proposal by the Canterbury Progress League that Canterbury should receive a rebate in back-loading freights. Mr Allan Smith said that the effect this concession would have 011 the port must decide the Chamber in its attitude to the proposal.
