Writing to the "Daily Mail," Mr S. S. Denn (manager of tho All Blacks) says ho has noticed sarcastic newspaper comment regarding the war-cry, but the All Blacks had not even discussed the question of abandoning it. Ho declined to discuss any possible alteration in formation and tactics following the Devon match. To-day's training was more serious. Sides were chosen, Porter acting as 1 refereo and coach. Tho packing of the scrum was superior to that seen on Saturday, and the tackling was deadly.
