MOVE TO STOP PUBLICATION OF EVIDENCE. {37 CABLE—PRBS3 AS3OCIATIOS COPTBIOHT) (AOSTKiLUS AHD K.Z. CABLE ACEOCIATIOH.) SYDNEY, August 8. The Legislative Council debated the Marriage Amendment Bill and passed a clausa providing for the dissolution of marriage on the ground of insanity, and a clause aiming at the prevention of the publication of evidence or particulars heard in the Divorce Court. except the names, addresses and occupations of the parties and witnessea. The penalty proposed is three months' imprisonment or a fine of £SOO, or both. It is proposed to prohibit the publication of photographs also.
