The proceeds' are to be applTeS-in' : the general interests of the Territorials and the Cadets, such as the upkeep. of bands, the providing of.sdmething more than bare ratiqns in camps, and so-fpirth. At present the matter is -only in ' the enquiry stage, but it is approved of by men who if they take-up the scheme, will see it through.
