NEW SOUTH WALES LOAN.

The State Treasurer (Mr Cocks) attributes the fact that 80 per cent, of the New South Wale's loan, was left with the underwriters to the political changes in Europe. He says it does not carry the slightest reflection on the stability of the State. .He also states that by comparison with the recent Queensland loan New South Wales is paying between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum less in interest.
