COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS ALTERED.

SPORTS CLUB IMPOSED UPON

' At last night's meeting of the Canterbury Sports Club the secretary produced" eight complimentary tickets which had been sent out inviting attendance at the boxing contests, prior to those held recently. In nearly, every case the date had been altered sufficiently well to pass the scrutiny of the door-keeper. Three of the offenders. however, had been apprehended, and he hoped that something wouid be done in the matter. .
