LONDON, May 13. . Three types of aeroplanes will shortly be constructed for the British Air Ministry's trans-Empire Bervice, which eventually is to reach Australia. A feature will be mail-carriersi dropping bags by parachutes. Another type will carry many, tons of urgent goods. The passenger aeroplanes will be. luxuriously appointed.
