s DECISION OF BULGARIA. (BT CABLE—PBE6B ASSOCIATION COPTRIOET.) ("THE Tikas.") LONDON, May 12. The Sofia correspondent of "The Times" states that the Bulgarian Government has declared'open war on *he Communists, whose intrigues are bitterly denounced. General Busseff, Minister of. the Interior, speaking at Sofia, definitely accused the Communists of secretly conspiring with Moscow for the overthrow of the Government, and to set up a Soviet regime. Henceforth, declared General Russeff, the Communists would be excluded from all State appointments, and attempts at revolution would be ru?Blessly suppressed. He appealed to all democratic forces to rally round the Government.
