The Dusseldorf correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that difficulties in the Ruhr are no longer due to the struggle against the 10-hour day, but to the fact that the price of coal is so high that it cannot bo sold. Consequently coal trains cannot 'move. The mines in Boehum and Essen are still idle two days weekly, and unemployment continues; but there has been some improvement since Decembor.
