IRISH ENVOYS IN AUSTRALIA.
* GOVERNMENT'S DECISION. (b* cable— pbeßs aßßooiatioir— coptbioht.) (austbalian and n.z. cabu association.) MELBOURNE, July 12. It is reported that the Irish envoys refused the fOommomvetalth Government's offer to leave Australia voluntarily provided they first entered into bonds to leave by a fixed date. The Commonwealth Government has now withdrawn the bond provision and it is reported that the envoys will be liberated on condition that they do not continue their mission.
