Another debtor is in trouble with the authorities for allegedly failing to keep proper books and obtaining credit without Btating that he waa am undischarged bankrupt. Ormond Herbert Brightwell traded as the Firestone Tyre Depot The defendant, according to counsel, became an undischarged bankrupt at Auckland in 1915, and the case was one in which his creditors were very dissatisfied. Then he came to Wellington and obtained credit from Hatrick and Co. to the extent of £ISOO. There were two fires on his premises within a few days. His system of book-keeping was alleged to be full of leaks, and at the present time, the debtor owed Hatrick and 00. £4OO. Tho case was adjourned.
