'lhe Board adopted resolutions with respect to the rule dealing with the withdrawal of dogs, and that meetings officially commence' at lhe draw. A new rule was passed that stud dogs bo registered and notice given of the datefl of service. The headquarters oi the Union were fixed at Sydney.
