£tos Canterbury Caledonian Society'* fortnightly social took place in the Art Gallery on Monday last when. a large number of insinbors waa preßont. Tho president, Mr C. S.' Thomas, occupied the chair, and waa supported by Messrs G. Sey and G. Eitchio, vice-presidents. The programme was in the hands of Messrs B. Moore and A. Y. Chapman.
