AMERICAN WORLD FLIGHT.

AMBITIOUS SURVEY SCHEME. (ST CABtB—PBSSB ASSOCIATION—COPTJKOHS.) (AUSTBAUAH ABO K.Z. CABLE A33OCIATIOJI.) WASHINGTON, July 3. The War Department has named Flight-Lieutenants Nutt and Crumine to make the survey for the proposed world flight. Lieut. Crumine will fly from the United States to Britain, thence making flights to Greenland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands. From Great Britain he will then fly to. France and Italy, and then back to Britain, then crossing the Atlantic again to Canada and the United States.

Lieut. Nutt will fly from the Philippines to Japan, thence to the Kurile Islands, to the Aleutian Isles and to Alaska, returning by the same route.
