MOUNT ETNA.
ERUPTION REPORTED ENDED. (by CABLE—PHESS ASSOCIATIOK —COPYRIGHT.) (aubtealiah and n.z. cable association.) LONDON, July 2. The Messina correspondent of the "Daily Express" says that the eruption of Mount Etna has suddenly fizzled out after lasting 13 days almost to the hour, the same period as tho last eruption. . Experts have assured the prefects that the eruption has ended, and the peasants will shortly be allowed to roturn to "their homes in the leas-damag-ed areas.
