PALMERSTON JIORTH, May 23. • At the Dairy Farmers' Union Conference tlie report of the special committee set up to consider questions relating to the constitut.on recommended that the name of the Union Bhould be the Dominion Dairy Farmera' Union (Incorporated), members ol the Union to consist ot all <luiy lncurpoiai-u dairy farmers' unions of iNew Zealand, each provincial union to be entitled to elect one member to the Dominion conierence, for every hundred. Various machinery clauses were recommended, and the committee's report was adopted. I
