(F' School Children's Essay Competition In view of the extended date of the closing down of the Exhibition, entries for"Buxtons' Children's Competition will he received up to 10 p.m. on Saturday, December 30th, instead of closing: on the 23rd. For the Boy or Girl under 13 years of age the test descriptive essay of the Model Homestead designed by Buxtons' at the Exhibition, a Prize of £2 2s. will be given, with Frizes of 10s, for the next best essay, and ss. each for the third and fourth best. For the Boy or Girl between 13 and 17 years of age writing the best descriptive essay of the Homestead a Prize of £3 3s. will bo given, with Frizes oflOs. for the next beat essay, and Ss. each foi' the third and fourth best.
