Weather conditions were favourable, but the work accomplished was not very interesting. L. Frost, who is now in the employ of Dr. G. Haskins, worked Sympathy, Ladr Freda, and Hiram Galindo in saddle. They ore carrying plenty of condition, but Sympathy looks mora forward than either of her stable-mates. J. Augusts Dillon, who is in rare form worked a. fust mile, bis effort being the best of the morning. A maiden trotter. \>v Peterola, in L. Davideon's stable, worked evenly over two miles and judging by his effort should pay hi a ' way this season. Proud Elsie (J. Thorne) proved too good for Pruizora. (J. Armstrong) in a fast run mile. Percy "Dillon worked pleasinglv oyer a mile and a half. Petrova, in" the same stable, eprintad a couple of fast halves. Others that did useful exercise were Willie Lincoln, Partner, Wild Sunset, Royal Oak Sir Logan, Saints' Bell, William the First' Lord Denver.
