MASSED BANDS' CONCERT.
BRIDGE OP BEMEMBEANOE APPEAL.- • 'Though spoiled to some extent by the bad weather on Sunday, another concert by massed bands -.is betug arranged -for- in the Public Gardens for nest Sunday by the Bridge of Hemombrance .Committee. • The concert will be on a much more anibilious scale than that' arranged last Sunday. In addition to the Wooiston, 4Jerry s, .Regimental,- and Tramways Band), the Caledonian Pipe Band and-the Highland Pipe .Band will very likely take part. Tho lialian Bugle Bund will j/robably join m the effor.. An invitation is being, sent to.the.Governor-Gene-ral and hia suite to, attend. Tile Bridge of Remembrance Committee anticipates that the Gardens will be thronged witn 7™*°™.™ the occasion, aiid, of course, it w hoped tjiw the collection for the patriotic cause-null be a record! one.
