Cuttus. A deputation from the Ministers' Association, , including the Dean of Nelson (Dr. Weeks) and the Rev. Mr Blamires v extended congratulations to tile retiring president, and welcomed the incoming president, the Rev. David Cairns, Lower Hutt. \
