The Supreme Court of New York refused to release General Semenoff on the application of his attorney. Crowds surrounded the gaol and hooted Madame Semenoff on her arrival with her husband's breakfast, (eceived April 16th, 11.40. -pjn-) WASHINGTON, April 10. Senator Borah has telegraphed to the Federal District Attorney at New York: "U there any possibility by Semenoff can be held for murder? The evidence of American soldiers ltt Siberia seems the clearest. 1 ,fl ' , ■' ': A correspondent adds that the Senate Committee has subpoenaed M. Bakhemetieff, the Czarist Ambassador. to the United States, tc- testify. It w. alleged that Semenoff came to the United States at the invitation of Bakhemetiett, who assured the State Department that Semenoff was unobjectionable, and therefore he was admitted into tiae country. ■ '
