Erio Malcolm Biel, alias Edward Young, was remanded until Saturday next on a charge of having stolen parte of a motorcar, valued at £2OO, the property of E. ii. Beat, Blenheim. , _ John Kennedyj charged with the then ot a draught mare, valued at £4O, and a gelding, valued at £3O, the.property of F. Smith, was remanded until Friday. Chrißtina Hobbs, on a chargei of ass».Ut, causing actual bodily harm, was remanded for eix days. THEFT. Mazwell Steel Ramsay was sentenced to one month's imprisonment, and Robert James Kutledge was fined £5 for the theft Of a bicycle, valued at £6, the property of W. L. Hulbert.
