Tlie Governor .sent for Sir George Fuller anil informed him of the Hon. J. Dooley's pending resignation. It is understood that Sir George Fuller will not be officially commissioned to form a Ministry till Mr Dooley resigns, which is expected to be after a meeting of Cabinet at the private hospital to-day. Later. A special Cabinet meeting was held at Mr Dooley's bedside, at which it was decided that tho Ministry would resign on Thursday. THE LABOUR PARTY. GROWING DISRUPTION. SYDNEY, April 11. Tho move by Mr J. H. Cntts in forming a new Labour Party is,adding to the disruption in the Labour ranks. Already meetings of some unions have decided to secede from tho old party.
