DOMINION ACCOUNTS. A satisfactory state of affairs is shown in the thirty-ninth balance-sheet and statement of accounts of the Salvation. Army in New Zealand. Territorial. headquarters' maintenance expenses for'the year ended September 30th, 1921, amounted to £3526; divisional and corps expenses to £253; and assistance and relief amounted to £1242 The" total receipts for the year amounted t0.£17,646, including £175 by donations and subscriptions;. £2eou to training garrison from social fund and 6elf-deitial fund contributions; a grant from* the self-denial fund or £4134, and from the Army auxiliary £7158. Bequests totalled, £1304. The Belf-denial fund totalled Auckland's contribution being £}»s>»'■ while Ihmedin gave £BBO3 and Wellington £6960. This, -has been allocated to various branches of the wore, including the central semoe- fund £12,000, training garrison £2OOO, pension fund £IOOO, corps building fund £I6OO, and international missionary fund £22,980.
