PASSED AS KING OF SPAIN. LONDON, February 27. The Barcelona polioe have arrested the greatest' swindler.' of recent times. Antonia, Lusia Bubo has beeii wanted for eight years in connexion with a series of frauds upon the world's banks, committed by means of an inimitable system of forging letters of credit which is puzzling experts. Hundreds of thousands of pounds wore obtained. Buse adopted numerous aliases, generally aristocratic names, and once passed himself off as the King of Spain. He travelled like a prince and lived in the style of a grand seigneur. He' married and deserted numerous women, including tlhe daughter of a police prefect at Havana. Buse speaks seven languages.
